I am in my mobile home, I am away for the weekend, actually nearly a week. It is one of the benefits of earning my income online and it being residual. The problem is my laptop has just stopped working.
Usually when I am away I do not spend as much time working, but I enjoy what I do and at times I do not see it as work. Some people reading this will know, previously I worked with horses. I groomed, which meant I had the job of mucking out the horses. Now I am still at a show ground, but not working with the horses, as I did. Now I socialise with friends and watching the horses compete.
I have digressed, where was I? That is it, my computer was not working. Some would say, do not worry, relax and enajoy the time away. As I said "I enjoy what I do" So I thought I would pass on a tip I picked up along my travels. I know Richard Branson uses this tip, as do many successful entrepreneurs.
What is it? you may be asking. The answer is carry a simple note book. Why? because you often think of things you can implement in your business, marketing strategies amongst other things. Our brains work in strange ways and ideas and things you need to remember pop into our minds, at the strangest times. Writing them down means you will not forget them and you can come back to them when you have time. Over the week I have reviewed my notebook and wrote some articles.
Your notebook does not need to be anything fancy, something that fits into your pocket or bag. Do not forget your pen. There is another interesting use of a notebook is when you meet people who ask "What it is you do?" You can take their name and address and you will not lose it. Here is a technique adapted from Jim Rohn that I have used on occasion, that has worked well. Jim Rohn suggests replying "I have found a way to earn what I was earning in a month in a week, is that something that would interest You?" If they answer "Yes." give them a business card and write their contact details in your note book. If you do not do it then do it as soon as possible.
This is from Jim Rohn's talk on Network marketing, which is nothing less than inspirational and I would recommend it to anyone. Do not give people a pitch straight off, it is a good way to scare them away. You will come across as a bore and weirdo. Always remember people will be attracted to you not the opportunity. It does not matter what you are promoting whether online or off. If the people are not attracted to you as a person they will not want to work with you in any opportunity. So get their contact details and then go back to letting them get to know you. That is the crux of Attraction Marketing.
I know people who have gone one step further and after meeting someone will write something about them of interest. Then before they contact them they read it so they are reminded of the person. It can help some people to maintain a relationship with a person.
A note book can have many uses and they will help you with your business. It amazes me every time I review my notebook. I have often forgot the things I have written and it then come in very use full.

How-To Become Successful And Earn From An Online Business, The Secret 95% Rule
You have probably heard that 95% of people trying to earn money will earn nothing or even lose money. That at first glance looks like most people are going to fail. What I hope to show you in this article is that it does not need to be that way. You have as much chance as being success full as any other person. You are about to learn some secrets that if you can follow simple steps you will be able to start changing your life by the time you finish reading this article.
It is not necessary for this to carry on this way. If you want to be successful you are about to learn the first few steps. I lost money and was ripped off with scams and by people selling information that was useless. Now I want to show you how to take the first steps to success.
Let us start by taking a look at the proportions and where you might be situated. The 95% of people is split into two parts. There is one group who join a program thinking that they can then sit back and get rich. They believe all the hype they read on web pages about spill over, they will do the recruiting for you, money will be paid into you Paypal account automatically, the program automated/turnkey (They will give you a website and that is it) These people are being conned they are wanting or needing to make money quickly. They are looking for the proverbial "Golden Goose" a "Get Rich Quick Scheme"
Then you get people who realise that they are going to have to do some work and join a program legitimate or not, they then buy training material, eBooks, audio, video. They start spending money, often on products that do not work. They then start getting emails about the latest or best program and join it, before they know it they are in a great list of programs, some free, some paid for and before long they do not know which way to turn. They may recruit the odd person here and there for some of the programs.
It is like diluting paint it just covers the surface, if you do not dilute it, it covers a smaller area but it gives a better covering. It is the same with business, when you start out you cannot afford to spread yourself too thinly. I do not know what proportions of these two groups of people makeup but the end result is failure and a loss of money. These make up most if not all the 95%.
Which of these groups do you see yourself in are you in the 95%, are you running around like a headless chicken, being ripped off or just looking for a way to get rich quick. The other option is being in the 5%.
If you are not in the 5% you are hopefully beginning to wonder how you can get into the 5%. Is that what you want? Success and an income from your online business?
The answer is simple.....you choose. I will repeat that so that you do not think you have misread it. YOU CHOOSE. I was wrong though in saying it is simple, it is hard work and takes a little time, but the results will give you a business that brings in all the money you want. Do you want to have a solid business that will work for you, in the future? If you do the time to start is now.

A person I know has just decided to give up marketing their mlm business online. What a saying as MlM business owners we need to grasp his concept and teach it. We need go grow a team that will feed its self.If not you will need to spoon feed your team for life. That defeats the concept of mlm. We need to teach, to teach, so that the process continues. We have all heard this time and time again but it does not actually happen as we would like.
When I was younger I was involved in a church, at times you wanted to bang your head against a brick wall, people would never change. You would hear people talking about "Tradition" They could not see that tradition is important but sometimes we need to change with the times, or the congregation starts to fall.
Can you imagine if Newspaper journalists refused to accept computers and said they would not use them. They could not work in the field of journalism at any good level. We need to accept that change can be good and it keeps things fresh.
The area of mlm has not changed, it is basically the same as it as always been. The principles are basically the same, what has changed is the way you have to go about your business. The internet has led to the greatest change and it will continually evolve so we also need to.
Many leaders in mlm are the same they learned the business in the past and they were good and to some extentthe methods used in the past still work. But there are methods at our feet which mean we can recruit people around the world as we sleep. But, (There is always a but) ,it is not easy, it is hard work, it can be done for free but there is still a cost. That cost is time.
Once you have taught your team the latest methods you need to be keeping upto date with the latest developments, then pass them on to your team. It is becoming more popular in industry andis call cascade training. Teach a few and it will pass through your organisation.
I hope you are now beginning to see a system appearing.
